Treasurer Report: Received 2 new memberships, Downtown Sound paid for program advertising for last season and this season.

Committee Reports:
Publicity: Newspaper – great job thanks to Wade and Dennis! Radio Station KCHK will charge us an additional about $40 dollars for "Annie Get Your Gun" ads (over what they owe us from double bill from last summer). Concerns over missed dates in radio ad.
Properties: Everything returned following "Annie Get Your Gun". Start looking at props for “A Little Princess”
Sets: Styrofoam train held up, "Annie Get You Gun" sets looked great! Start preparing for “A Little Princess”
Membership: 2 new members, Laura and Andy still owe
Costumes: Garie is still putting costumes back in storage and preparing for “A Little Princess”
Play Selection: Remainder of 2008-2009 season is “A Little Princess” and “If It’s Monday This Must Be Murder”
Summer 2009 Musical voted on, will be “Nunsense II”
Looking for script ideas for 2010-2011 season.
Old Business: Director and Crew contacts needed for fall show. Possible candidates include: Toby Thietje or his wife, Jeff Storely, Cindy Curtis, Cheri Wencl or two others Bill may know.
Voted to place ad in NP Times/Extra and Montgomery Messenger looking for directors. MSP Dave/Larry
July Luncheon in Montgomery went very well. Actors sang and were well received by Chamber businesses.
501(c)3 back in motion again.
Financials for "Annie Get Your Gun" – Revenue $9803.23, Expenses $7115.41, Intermission Revenue $502.23
Andy will look into gatherings for actors and crew on opening nights of shows, especially for summer musicals.
All scripts from AGYG were returned and ready to be sent back.
New Business: “Nunsense” show dates tentatively scheduled for July 10-11, 17-19, 2009.
“Heidi” dates Oct. 16-17, 23-24, 2009
“Monday” dates Feb. 19-20, 26-27, 2010
Voted to add Sunday Matinee to winter show 2009, Date added is March 1 MSP Dave/Kathy
Guest Wade Young interested in filling open board position. Board voted unanimously for Wade to fill the vacant position. MSP Larry/Daisy
New Prague Arts Council purchasing new headsets for use in community events and looking for any financial assistance. Motion made to give $100 dollars towards purchase. Approved by board vote. MSP Garie/Kathy
