Membership: Andy and Laura Paid, Wade Paid
Costumes: Looking for new clothes racks to hang costumes on. If you find any pick them up for Garie.
Play Selection: Need to order scripts for Monday. Need to send in agreement for Nunsense II.
Old Business: “A Little Princess” was a great success. Had good turn out and terrific cast. Andy recommended looking at kids shows for the fall each year.
MACT Fest 2009 – Andy is still looking at scripts and will try to have one picked by the deadline on Nov. 30.
501(c)3 – Paper work is getting worked on. Still need insurance – please turn in value of any CCT owned items in your possession. Larry looking into insurance through AACT. Be sure we look at all tax possibilities.
New Business: Generations Theatre Company – Andy met with them on Nov. 10. They want to work with us on scheduling conflicts. They would like to know about switching October’s like we switch with the summer show.
Armory – Hymnus is setting up to have small office spaces and rehearsal space. Looking for tenants. Cost will be split of utilities.
Director – Winter play in need of a director. Andy will talk to Karen Steinhoff, Larry will check with Ben T. and Jeff S.
Next Meeting: Dec. 7 at 5PM at Larry and Carol Pint’s. Potluck so bring a dish to pass.
